    Pada tahun kami, Dr. Nurina ajar virus untuk 1-2 hari je, so cuma 1 soalan objektif je yang keluar                 objektif.
2. Soalan Esei
    - Bahagian C, 2 soalan pilih 1 (soalan esei-20 marks).
      - Application of Gram Stain & Aseptic Technique
      - Make an experiment on how to differentiate whether the culture is yeast, fungi or bacteria?
      - From process to culturing
      - Make an experiment to differentiate whether the bacteria is positive or negative Gram Stain.

Biochem:

      - Dr Nurina suka ulang-ulang perkara yg akan masuk exam. Kena peka dan jgn ponteng kelas dia.

      - Hafal ATP & Enzyme setiap process/cycle/pathway
      - Korang perlu jawab dgn laju, final exam selalu xcukup masa nak jawab semua

      Section a (10 ques)

      - 1. Diagram same as Fig 16.7 in Shuler n Kargi, give the steady state material balance in activated sludge n around settling tank, calculate substrate and cell concentration in reactor at steady state and recycle stream
      - 2. Trickling biological filters: hafal formula semua formula dia, cuba buat contoh soalan at shuler n kargi, kira efficiency.

   - Objektif: Banyak pasal linspace, increment, matrix, function of: figure, hold on, input, clc, clear, 3-4 soalan gui, loop, conditional statement n situation, graph

   - Subjektif: Write coding (@command window) for graph plotting of sin(x) curve (the graph is given). Remember: Title, xlabel, ylabel.
